Here at Esen Loft Architecture, we're a team of experienced surveyors, planning consultants, architectural designers, structural engineers, and interior designers. We provide a comprehensive range of services, all the way from initial ideas to the build phase to help you create your ideal space. Whether you're looking for something as simple as a loft conversion, or you're looking to build a completely new home, Esen Loft has exactly what you need to ensure the success of your project. Stage 1
Initial Meeting & Brief
The first step of our process is one of our architects will visit you at
your property to discuss initial ideas and talk through the different options for your project. In the initial meeting, we'll come to terms
with what you'd like to achieve and break down the expected costs
and the timeline for your project.
Stage 2
Site Survey & Measurements
When you're happy to proceed, a member of our experienced team
will visit your property for a measured site survey, to take the
detailed measurements required to submit a planning application.
Stage 3
Architectural Drawings & Planning Application
Once we've conducted the survey, one of our architects will
prepare the initial designs for your project from the ground up.
After you've reviewed them and any tweaks have been made, we
will put in your application for planning permission. Acting as
your agent throughout the whole process.
Stage 4
Building Regulations & Structural Calculations
Once planning is approved and we've been given the go-ahead,
now it's time to secure your building control approval.
Our experienced team of structural engineers will produce a
package of works that covers all the building regulations and
structural calculations needed for your project.
Once that's completed, we're ready to begin construction!
